How do you record videos with an acer aspire 6530 laptop?

i know how to take pictures, but when i press on the crystal eye webcam application, it automatically has the camera setting on, and it shows me no place to pick to record a video, like for youtube or something.

I don't think there is a difference between acer and other pcs
