Guage Stretcher

Is it possible to stretch your ears with braces?

My ears are now a gauge 4 and I want to go to a gauge of 2. Is it possible to stretch your ears with spacers of silicon as opposed to litters?

I do now that im at a larger size, but I do so only 2mm at a time (sorry do not know how to work colleagues), but it should go.
