How to pin a table be included in a 3-axis machine tool CNC to provide 5-axis machining capabilty?
Is this something to do with adding an extra 2 rotary axis? any help would be great and referencing a bonus. thanks
In modern CNC systems, end to end design of the components is highly automated using CAD / CAM programs. Programs produce a computer file that is interpreted to extract the commands needed to operate a particular machine, then loaded into the CNC machines for production. As any particular component may require the use of a number of different tools, drills, saws, machinery, etc.-combine modern often several tools in one "cell". In other cases, a number of different machines are used with an external controller and operators humans or robots that move from machine to machine component. In both cases, the complex series of steps required to produce a part is strongly automated and produces a part that best matches the original CAD design. After the industrial revolution, the environment building became a part of more and more of the Earth environment.
