Pliers Set
Good magnetic screwdriver and pliers tool kit?
Welp, father's day is coming up and my father honestly wants tools. He really needs some pliers as somehow his have managed to disappear. I also want to get him a magnetic screwdriver.
I've searched the internet, but I'm having a hard time knowing what I want. I don't know what exactly to look for. It would be great to get a kit, but most kits come with hammers and wrenches and other things he doesn't need. It's fine for a kit to come with a few extra items, but I mainly just want pliers and a magnetic screwdriver.
What are some good brands? Anyone know of any good kits or tool sets?
You can get kits of just screwdrivers and just pliers, I've bought them. Irwin (which makes Vice Grip) is a good name, so is Stanley, there are others. I would go in person to Ace Hardware, Lowell's, or Home Depot, or Sears, which makes the excellent Craftsman tools, and see what is available.
